The option for a stocked item to be available for Click & Collect from a local store will entirely depend on it actually being there to collect.
Our cart & checkout system is automated and will operate based on current stock availability at our stores.
When a stocked item becomes more limited, not all stores will have it available.
During the checkout process, our system will display items that might not be available to collect in your local area.
If this occurs, you will need to consider a delivery option if one is available.
PLEASE NOTE! Should no local store show stock availability of an item and there are no delivery options appearing, there are no other options or services we can offer to make a purchase.
If the item is only showing at other stores interstate or too far, and no option for delivery, our customer service team is unable to assist with purchasing that item. Any requests for this will be denied.
Should an order be placed at a store you are unable to collect from, there will not be any option our customer service team can provide aside from organising a cancellation and refund where possible.
