In some cases, orders may be split and processed through multiple locations. It is important to check that your order does not have multiple parts, E.g. Part -A,-B, etc. You can track your order by following the instructions on our support article found HERE.
Orders containing multiple items may be split automatically by our system depending on stock levels at the time your order was placed. This is so that we can get your order to its destination as quickly as possible.
