Your order will be left in a safe place at your delivery address, depending on accessibility. The delivery driver will also take a photo of your order in the place they left it as proof of delivery.
Should the delivery location not be deemed safe enough for the driver to leave, they will normally take it back to the local store.
Please Note: Our customer service team is generally not able to re-book delivery and the order can be collected from the store at your earliest convenience.
