Once Click & Collect orders are placed and paid via Afterpay or Zip, they can only be cancelled in limited situations.
If an order is not possible to fulfil in store for collection, an update email is sent to notify of this and the cancellation can be selected via the self service options presented when viewing details online.
PLEASE NOTE! Our customer service team is unable to cancel these orders once in store.
Once orders are successfully processed and available to collect from your local store, they can only be cancelled and refunded in person.
You can also exchange toward other available products in store, please discuss with the staff on duty.
