To reset your EB World password, click on the user avatar icon to the left of the cart, click "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" and enter the email address associated with your account.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password; follow the prompts and you will be back online with us in no time!
Should a reset email fail to come through, make sure the email address entered was correct and be sure to check any subsequent spam or junk folders just in case.
If you have used the correct email address and cannot locate a password reset email, please contact the Customer Support team.
