Your chosen store may reject your Click & Collect order, should there be any issues.
This may be because they couldn’t find the products you ordered, or the products are not in a sellable condition.
If this happens we will send you a email with instructions on how to proceed.
There are three options available, but this will depend on stock availability:
1. Change the pick up store location
2. Home delivery with complimentary free shipping
3. A full refund of your order
Please note: If your order has been rejected, you are unable to send it back to the same store.
