For in‑stock Click & Collect orders, we can hold your purchase in-store for up to 6 weeks. After this time, your order may be cancelled if it has not been collected. If a cancellation occurs, your funds will remain in-store and can be used when you’re able to come in.

Our stores will always attempt to contact you before cancelling an uncollected order, so please make sure your contact details are correct and up to date when placing an order.
