Does EB Plus guarantee me a product in an exclusive release?

EB Plus Customers may receive admission to early access to eligible items.  This allows customers the opportunity to participate in a queue for the chance to purchase an item.  This gives customers the opportunity, but not a guarantee of purchasing available products
