To get a refund or an exchange on online orders or instore purchases made using Zip, please visit your local EB Games store and they can assist you with providing a refund or exchange.
This applies to both home delivery, Click & Collect and In-Store Purchases.
Please note: Small fee may be incurred to send items back for a refund to Head Office.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our returns policy Here. Once your refund has been processed, any future Zip payments will be cancelled and any money owed to you will be credited back to your Zip account.
