This section applies to orders placed online for home delivery only.
If your payment fails for any reason, you will receive a notification via email informing you that we were unable to deduct the final balance for your pre order. The email will provide you with instructions on how to change and update your credit card details. Once the credit card has been updated and the final payment has been made, we resume processing your order and will dispatch your item as soon a possible.
Failed payments can cause a slight delay in the processing of your order, especially if payment isn't corrected until Friday afternoon as your order may not start processing again until the following business day.
If we have not received contact from you within 10 days and your preorder remains unpaid, your order may be cancelled. Please note that pre-order hold times will depend on your EB World level.
If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded the amount paid on the order.
