You can exchange or refund any purchases made with Afterpay at any of our stores nationwide
To get a refund or an exchange on online orders or instore purchases made using Afterpay, please visit your local EB Games store and they can assist you with providing a refund or exchange.
This applies to both home delivery, Click & Collect and In-Store Purchases
Please note: A small fee will be incurred if wanting to send items for a refund under change of mind back to Head Office.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy Once your refund has been processed, any future Afterpay payments will be cancelled and any money owed to you will be refunded back to you by Afterpay.
