We'll happily match the price of the exact same product from a local retailer.
A local retailer is a physical retail store located within the same shipping centre or shopping precinct as the EB Games or Zing store where the price match is requested.
We price match when:
- It's the exact same product and edition.
- It's available from a local retailer in the same location as your EB Games or Zing store.
- It's in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- We can verify the advertised price and stock availability.
- The advertised price isn't part of a clearance, liquidation or similar sale.
We don't price match:
- EB Games and Zing exclusive product, including exclusive preorder offers
- Hardware and hardware bundles
- Digital products, digital currency or gift cards
- Products sold through third party sellers or online marketplaces
- Warehouse sale, clearance, liquidation sale, store credit, cashback or similar promotional offers
- Prices available through vouchers, coupons, loyalty rewards or similar offers
Before we match:
- A price match must be requested before completing your purchase.
- If the local retailer's advertised price is subject to a purchase limit, we'll match the price up to the same limit per customer. Any additional items will be sold at our current price.
- We'll verify the advertised price, conditions and stock before completing your price match.
- Price matching can't be combined with another offer or discount.
